Wow! So much has been happening since I last wrote. TJ and I went to my first doctors appointment and we got to hear our baby's heartbeat. It was the most amazing thing. I didn't cry! We saw it's heart beating which looked like a little blinking light. His (I keep calling the baby a "he"!!) heartbeat was around 127 which is very normal according to the nurse. TJ's mouth just dropped open when he saw the screen. It's so strange to know that I have our baby in my belly. I love it!

When we told my parents and mamaw about the baby they were so excited. I gave them all picture frames that said "Coming Soon Picture of Baby McMahon 2009". I'm so glad my mamaw could be a part of that special day. My brother finally guessed what all the "news" was about. He came to see me last weekend and was very excited too. He said that it'd better be a boy and that he will be the coolest uncle ever!

Currently I'm around 10 1/2 - 11 weeks pregnant. I have another appointment on Wednesday at 10am. Hopefully the doctor will give me a more definite due date. I'm soooo curious to see how my baby has changed. I still don't have any morning sickness so sometimes I wonder if everything is ok in there. I can't wait to feel him or her move. They can tell the sex at this many weeks but I doubt they'll tell me...lets pray for a healthy baby! I would love to know the sex right now! The baby will have doubled in size...about the size of a large plum. I'll post the new sonogram pics after Wednesday! Say a little prayer!
