1st Mother's Day

Since TJ had to work today he took me out for Mother's Day lunch yesterday afternoon. We ate at this new place called Cullen's. After lunch we drove around by the bay and watched the waves. It was a nice day just the two of us!

Today, the real Mother's Day, we went over to my friend Kristi's parents house. Her parents were grilling and enjoying the pretty day. Her niece was very interested in baby Reese since she's about to have a little sister. I can't imagine having two!! As you see below, I'm tired from having just one!! (And I'm squinting from the sun ;)

She's getting so big. I can't believe in two days she'll be 2 MONTHS OLD! I love her so much. I'm so thankful she's in my life. Everyday with her is better than the last. She's such a joy to be around, hold, and love on. I'm happy I could celebrate Mother's Day this year...what a blessing.
